Current• Serves as the Senior Leader for the Utah WEBU Market with primary focus on business development and sales to help build and grow the existing WEBU practice areas of Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Surface Water Resources and Environmental Planning and Compliance in Utah.• Works in a highly flexible, team-oriented environment with individual and group responsibilities for business development, sales, financial performance and internal and external client satisfaction, deliverables and schedules.• Grows the WEBU staff presence in Utah with eventual opportunity to manage, coach, and mentor staff in professional, technical, and business development efforts.• Develops and executes market strategy with Client Team Leaders and Senior Leaders in Utah.• Determines the strategic allocation of business development resources to achieve regional sales and revenue goals. • Serves as Principal-In-Charge or Project Manager with responsibility for all aspects of project development and delivery, including scoping, budgeting, contract negotiations, and project execution.• Serves as a Client Leader (with specific/identified Clients) with business development, client management and client profitability goals. • Engages in recruiting and retention efforts to ensure DEA hires the best possible talent and supports processes that encourage staff longevity.• Serves as a project pursuit champion, when applicable and assist in preparing proposals and participating in interviews.• Increases DEA and WEBU visibility in Utah through active involvement, presentations and leadership positions with key industry organizations and related conferences.• Works with the other senior leaders to identify capital investments, strategic alliances, key hires, acquisitions and growth opportunities.
