Lead a team of four developers working on MortgageDashboard, the company's core product; worked with external developers to generate requirements for web services and APIs for MortgageDashboardDesigned and developed our Banker platform (banker.mortgagedashboard.com), utilizing new technologies (ASP.NET 3.5, jQuery, Sql Server 2008) to increase usability and performance.Migrated our main application from .NET 1.1 to 3.5; increased ease of development with Master pages and weekly auto deployment via NANTMigrated an existing outdated administrative website (admin.mortgagedashboard.com) to ASP.NET MVC along with the Spark View Engine; the migration increased performance by 150% and the redesign increased the usability to fit the specific needs of our clientsDesigned a mechanism to capture all the history of a mortgage loan application submitted through MortgageDashboard, and presented the data in a way users could understand and utilize.Developed an enterprise-level Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system utilizing CRM system degradable AJAX for transactional functionality; product features a lightweight contact live-search function to allow users to search thousands of contacts with a single keystroke.Created a custom SMTP class to allow our users to send system generated e-mails through their own SMTP servers; allowed basic and advanced e-mail authentication and supported queuing for sending mass e-mails.Created an algorithm to utilize a Network-Area-Storage (NAS) for storing hundred of thousands of documents without slowing down the application while searching for the correct document.Currently converting an outdated and inefficient VB.NET code into a more efficient C# model.Developed new functionality and optimize existing code base for the on-line product MortgageDashboard, a Web-based loan origination system.Optimized production databases, improving database performance by approximately 150 percent.

Intranet (http://www.homeport.navy.mil), a government site combining several secure web sites for over 400,000 users; supervised project assignments and priority levels for three developers.Developed Sentinel, an Innovative Way trademarked product, to secure web sites on a single page basis without using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The program complied with National Security Agency (NSA) standards while increasing security, featuring a higher encryption mechanism than SSL and saving page load time by 40 percent.Updated several Innovative Way, Inc. client products to enhance functionality and increase user productivity, including a relationship management system, a base C# framework built on top of .NET, and a human resources program to automatically generate an organizational tree.Developed a project management application to support various Innovative Way, Inc. clients using advanced JavaScript and XML to replace an Excel-based project management system.
