We practice across multiple business types but have a wealth of experience and background in the beverage industry (Wine, Beer & Spirits).In the Advisory Consulting space, we have worked with businesses and business owners through a myriad of operational and financial challenges, strategies, goals, business and personal pivots, as well as providing entrepreneurial coaching to leaders and their teams. I have recently co-authored a book, Mission Matters (edition #6), focusing on the enterprise value of a business and its importance for entrepreneurs. A topic that cannot be over emphasized. I hold an MBA, MPA and CM&AA Designation (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor). I am also a graduate of the 2001 UB CEL Core Class and 2006 Advanced CEL class and currently Facilitate a UB CEL Mastery Entrepreneurs peer group.In business, change is inevitable.
