Alan Christenson’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law, including drafting and negotiating leases, purchase contracts, construction contracts, loan documents, easements, and other related documents. Alan’s and his team also represent businesses in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, drafting and negotiating operating agreements, asset purchase agreement, membership interest purchase agreements and service contracts.Alan’s real estate experience includes a wide variety of projects, including restaurant, retail, office, warehouse, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential, and spec homes. His corporate experience includes advising small, midsize, local, and regional companies.Prior to joining Copper Canyon Law, Alan worked for a nationally ranked law firm in Phoenix. Before law school, Alan worked as a financial analyst for Zions Bancorporation in Salt Lake City, Utah. During his time in law school, Alan worked as a legal extern for Justice Nehring of the Utah Supreme Court.In his free time, Alan enjoys rock climbing, playing the guitar and banjo, watching classic film, and exploring Arizona.
