CurrentI am responsible for the installation of the software services Kyocera deliver to our clients across three business vertical, IT (cloud virtualization and security), Document Solutions (for the print market) & ECM.IT development, technical support, print specialists, document management and project management, my experience and knowledge ensures that there is a complete and consistent advice and support structure throughout the entire process. From the initial consultations through to installation, customisation, training and ongoing support,I am there to ensure the smooth running of any project and to ensure that the client is totally satisfied with the result. The main goal is to establish the most innovative way in which our customers can increase efficiency, reduce waste, reduce costs and ensure a quick financial return on any investment.
