A continuation of the previous role.In addition to supporting the Adapt system I am now responsible for support on two Bullhorn products for the recruitment industry, ATS and TempBuddy.

This role is working with Bond's Adapt recruitment software, for a number of Asia-Pacific clients..After initially on first-line client support, I then moved into QA testing. This involved reviewing specifications and change documents in order to identify and design test cases, before then running the tests. Results were then passed back to and discussed with development. In addition, my in-depth knowledge of the system was used to assist in training clients as well as investigating specific system usage issues they raised.I was responsible for organising client training, as well as any ongoing support which arose from this.
