Represents clients in the areas of patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, copyright registration, negotiation of licenses, and negotiation of joint development agreements. • Familiar with the University of Illinois policies on technology transfer and has assisted with licensing of University technology. • Real estate law experience includes counseling clients in the areas of purchases and sales, leases, installment contracts, like kind exchanges, and zoning and land use issues.• Active in both the business and educational communities. Served on the Advisory Boards of a number of local high tech companies.
