• Analysing customer requirements, advising and influencing on how best to fulfil their needs• Develop and maintain a well co-ordinated interim relationship with key decision makers within the organisation• Develop relationships with loyal customers and ask for their feedback for the purpose of enhancing the quality of service• Conduct review on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate customers demands and usage of account

• Preparing and responding to quotations in a timely manner• Evaluating new technologies and materials, keeping up to date on material and production costs

• Organising, prioritising and scheduling print jobs to ensure an efficient work schedule for the production department• Managing the purchase schedule and inventories to meet manufacturing schedule needs and minimize costs.• Supervising the production team including coordinating and assigning tasks, allocating time scales, supervising and motivating the team to meet agreed deadlines• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality in accordance with both internal and external standards• Interviewing and recruitment of staff, identifying process and training gaps, working with the team to arrange relevant training and mentoring• Ensuring security requirements are carried out to the customers specification, for example, confidential shredding• Ensuring all process & procedures are completed, quality standards are met and deadlines are kept• Organising and liaising with service engineers when required
