• Manage Essentium Production on Demand (EPOD) day-to-day operations & staff• Develop EPOD and machine sales ticketing systems via Jira and later SalesForce• Directly responsible for helping close machine sales, resulting in ~$800K in revenue• Attend additive manufacturing trade shows such as RAPID, won competition for most leads on team• Provide technical support for sales team via customer Teams/Zoom calls• Perform machine installs & onboarding to new customers around the country• Slice/3D print sales sample parts to prospective customers

• Develop new medical devices including urology tables, accessories under ISO 13485 environment• Provide CAD designs using various materials including carbon fiber, aircraft grade aluminum and steels• Construct prototypes of projects along with 3D printing rapid parts• Attend medical trade shows such as RSNA & AORN• Provide support for manufacturing with everyday engineering needs including ECOs• Maintain communication with vendors on RFQs and part delivery ETAs

• Formulate and brew various water-based and oil-based hair pomades• Procure ingredients and materials from domestic and international suppliers• Manage online sales channels including official website, Amazon, eBay, Etsy• Manage social media presence on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook• Maintain relationships with wholesale retailers in North America, Asia, and Europe• Facilitate sale and smooth transfer of the business to new owners: PomadeClub.com

• Provide one on one training to production staff on new products and procedures• Design mechanical components including sheet metal with SolidWorks and FEAs with Solidworks Simulation• Carry new products from inception through design, pilot & prototype, to production• Process and author ECOs• Develop assembly procedures & other technical documentation

• Design mechanical components/assemblies and & cables using SolidWorks under ISO 9001 environment• Assemble prototypes of new products and contract work• Meet tight deadlines for government and commercial contracts• Provide support for manufacturing with daily engineering needs including ECOs• Communicate daily with vendors & maintain customer relationships: fulfill requests for drawings, dimensions etc.

• Provide mechanical designs for fuel cells and rugged UPS’s• Manage initial prototype pilot builds• Develop assembly procedures for use on assembly floor• Perform FAI for parts/assemblies
