I try to bridge the gap between ICT teams understanding a businesses objectives and management teams understanding technological solutions. Some of the key skills I have developed throughout my career so far are:Systems analysis: Identifying strengths and weaknesses within the organization’s systems and suggesting improvements. Breaking a process or procedure to understand how its components work together to achieve their purpose. Then anticipating how team members might react to or use a new system, explaining the decision making and persuading stakeholders to adopt the changes. Project management. Managing project to meet deadlines and budgets while ensuring that all stakeholders remain in the loop. End-to-end overhaul and implementation of business systems, including setting budgets, preparing progress reports, researching business procedures, and communicating development updates to managers and department heads.Business administration: Working with executive leadership team, managers, technical support, and external vendors. Communicating problems and forthcoming changes to stakeholders, offering and accepting feedback on processes, providing presentations showing how a decision or change aligns with a business’s goals.Data analysis. Diving into data to identify changing operational trends and system behaviour. Supporting recommendations with the help of data.
