Middlesbrough

Following the acquisition of both Forsyth Business Centres and Evans Easyspace by Regus, my role of Regional Manager was made redundant. I was offered the position of General Manager at the Evans Easyspace Middlesbrough, an estate of approximately 78,000 sq. ft. The estate was a mix of workshop units and office space, on lease and licence agreements. During this time, my role involved extensive B2B sales, plus Account Management of existing clients. Effectively updating CRM system.

FBC were the serviced office division of The Scarborough Group. The group owned and managed a wide portfolio of commercial property across the UK. Being part of the group gave me wide experience of dealing with landlords and tenants. My remit was to develop both the existing and new centres within my region, which included Stirling, Darlington, Leeds, Harrogate, Blackpool, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Bracknell and Exeter

Initially employed as Assistant Centre Manager, I was quickly promoted to Centre Manager. During this time I was responsible for the management of a large business centre of some 23,500sq ft.In addition to the effective management of the centre, further day to day responsibilities included maintaining a professional and executive environment, through correct man management, quality management and a direct approach to customer service.
