I was the owner of a startup I founded in 2020, where I led a team of around 30-40 people. The project was a Minecraft server, and I was responsible for managing all the plugins and coding. Unfortunately, I had to shut it down due to a declining market in the Minecraft server space. However, the experience taught me a lot about leadership, team management, and technical expertise. Running this startup gave me invaluable skills in server management, coding, and overseeing large projects—skills that are highly transferable to other tech or gaming ventures.

I worked at Silly Development, a hosting provider that offered services for websites, Discord apps, and game servers. The company also developed several bots, and my responsibilities included moderating users, assisting them with technical issues, and collaborating with the founder to improve the performance and functionality of the Discord bots.
