As part of the Research Team for Review Processing, I am responsible for verifying the identities of reviewers, identifying and reporting fraudulent reviewers and/or reviews, utilizing my expertise in qualitative analysis to identify any patterns of fraudulence and document them, and copy editing reviews for consistency, clarification, grammar, and punctuation.As part of the Internal Research Department Auditing Team, I also provide and create documentation for my fellow coworkers on users of our website via Salesforce and perform internal qualitative audits to ensure quality control of the content on our community website.
