- Thoroughly and effectively implement the Eliada Model in order to teach important life skills that contribute to students’ successful return to the community. Actively participate in the creation and daily implementation of individualized treatment and teaching plans. Meet regularly with the leadership staff and implement suggested feedback to ensure proper implementation of the Eliada Model including crisis and teaching plans for each student.- Ensure the safety, security and health of our students by providing constant monitoring and supervision.
