    Directed the development of the Migratory Bird Initiative’s keystone product, the Bird Migration Explorer. This interactive, geospatial digital product was built in partnership with 9 founding partners with data from ~300 collaborating institutions. The work required extensive cross-functional collaboration among Science, Digital Products, GIS, Content, and Communications teams and vendors. Oversaw product definition, design, prototyping, engineering, and launch, as well as data acquisition, analysis, visualization, and accuracy.Founding Partners included Birds Canada, Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, Bird Genoscape Proejct, BirdLife International, The Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Esri, Georgetown University, Movebank, and the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center.

Initiated and implemented the Southeast Alaska Birding Trail, and published the Ecological Atlas of Southeast Alaska and the award-winning Ecological Atlas of the Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort Seas.
