I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I help people navigate the changes that naturally occur throughout mid-life. Clients transition throughout their careers - leaving companies they built, starting new meaningful careers in different industries, and sometimes transitioning from full time work to part time as they start to retire. Through strengths coaching, I help clients identify natural talents, turn their talents into strengths, and focus their strengths on key activities that turn their vision into reality.

I provided oversight, compliance training, and review services for independent State Farm agents helping them stay abreast of legislative changes in the Financial Services industry. In addition to compliance specific roles, I coordinated and developed training for peers, facilitated training, and led project teams for a variety of initiatives. I also served on the Zone Mentor Committee and mentored multiple employees in several different departments.

As a claims specialist, I investigated, evaluated,and negotiated disputed injury and property damage claims. The role involved field investigations, taking statements from involved parties, reviewing applicable civil and criminal laws, assessing liability based on current laws, and determining the fair value of the claim based on multiple complex factors. Perhaps the most important part of this role was building relationships with all the parties involved in an effort to reach the common goal of claims resolution.

Alaska/Yukon Territory

I served in multiple leadership and training roles with the Yukon Alaska Council of Toastmasters including the Council Governor for 2009-2010. As Council Governor I led and developed the team responsible for quality educational programming and leadership development for 30 Toastmasters clubs and over 550 members.

Interviewed clients and prospects to ascertain financial needs and offered financial product solutions to solve their most pressing financial problems.
