A coach helps us bridge the gap between where we are now and where we want to be.Coaching is not teaching and telling. Coaching is powerfully partnering with someone to bring about transformative change. It’s creating a safe space for people to courageously share things they wouldn’t share with anyone else. It’s sometimes being asked the hard questions that no one else will ask you. It’s being held accountable to take actions you said you wanted to take - in a way that helps you learn, grow, and move forward.I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Professional Coach.
