Owners Keith and Cindy Baldwin are Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches, and Keith is a certified advisor for the Value Builder System. Both Baldwins have extensive backgrounds in the corporate world (Keith in insurance and Cindy in sales) and they leverage their experience to help their clients increase productivity 15-40% using their system. Currently, they work one-on-one with owners and/or managers in insurance, fitness, construction, tech, financial services and more. In November 2015, Keith published his first book “Light Your Fire: How Leveraging Strengths Will Inspire You And Your Team Members To Skyrocketing Success!”
In the near future, they want to expand their offerings to live webinars and online courses to reach and assist even more business owners. They are based in Alaska, but are moving later this year to Southern California
