Talent Sourcer's position at Nord Security is not like in most of the other Lithuanian organizations. It covers much more than just finding the right talents and scheduling a call. Here's what I do daily:- Headhunting the best of the best tech and non-tech talents.- Creating pipelines of talent by doing sourcing, research, screening resumes of applied candidates, generating referrals, and using different creative ways to find candidates.- Leading the candidates throughout the whole recruitment process (including providing constructive feedback), ensuring the best candidate experience.- Screening and managing applicants.- Collaborating with different stakeholders - Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and teams.- Collecting and using data to make smart decisions throughout the hiring process, presenting it to the stakeholders.- Writing compelling, informative and creative message to catch attention of the potential candidate and "sell" the position.- Owning and contributing to various projects and initiatives focused on improvement of the recruitment process.
