Purpose to coordinate the recruitment, selection and appointment processes for specific occupational levels, ensuring that the organization employs the right person in the right job. To develop workforce plans that support the site and Company strategy and agenda, to maintain the organizational design and associated tools and information.Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor talent resourcing, management, remuneration and development policies and processes.- Consult with the site on people requirements - to facilitate, advise and get operationally involved where appropriate.- Implement defined recruitment strategies.- Ensure the job specifications for the roles clearly articulate the requirements, and set out the expectations from a successful candidate.- Understand the relevant site services in order to "market" the roles and attract the right talent.- Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to managers, and advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection.- Ensure compliance across the site relating to mandatory and accurate employee information that must be maintained.- Process new employee appointments.- Manage the exit interviews for site staff.- Schedule and coordinate the medical bookings for staff and monitor the medical status of the workforce.- Conduct the on-boarding of all new staff.- Compile and submit management and statutory reports relating to human resource management on the site.- Manage new engagement and exit documentation and submit it to the corporate office.- Administer and file employee/payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements associated with such documentation.- Answer payroll related queries from employees in accordance with associated performance standards.

• Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support associated with the organization of individual processes for all workers, ensuring that they contain all the necessary documents.- Ensure that all processes contain the necessary documentation.- Perform administrative functions associated with the processing of data and information related to HR, and filing of documentation.- Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in delivering HR services to the business.- Update of employee data in the INSS, Relação Nominal, and all individual and recruitment processes at the share point.- Scheduling orientation meetings for new hires and preparing the respective agendas.- Provide support in the collection of all documents for Health Insurance and Life Insurance, for delivery to the Human Resources Officer, for registration purposes.Help with organization and logistics of employee engagement such as;- Recruitment events- Company Events (such as Africa Heartbeat)With a wide experience on Work Permit & Work Visa Process, I supported the Visa Team as well, on acquiring legal documentation for International Employees, which also have gained the knowledge of using SIMIGRA II (a Work Permit application Platform)Ensure that HR services are delivered in a professional manner and at the highest business standards.
