Code management uses clearcase and git.2.Develope 4G new features such as UL MIMO, PUCCH Channel selection, NB-IOT, 8x8.3.Develope 5G features such as DL_BRP, CE, RM, Polar decoder and CRC.4.maintain and change modules including UL BRP, UL CTRL, UL SRP, FFT, CE, EQ, LLR, de-scrambling, DL BRP. 5.support customers to slove all kinds of problem related with TM500 and E500.6.Having the experience working in UK for three month. Working as a system engineer of wireless networks system architecture department. Team target was to design a Software Defined Radio baseband platform. Led a five persons team to analyse LTE wireless algorithms demands on hareware platform. Set up LTE nodeB physical C module and finished DSP optimizing. Then we got MCPS comsuming of each modules such DAGC, AFC, Channel Estimation and MIMO. System design. We decided what kind of tasks should run on DSPs and what kind of task should run in ASIC. We also analysed other hardware demands such as AISC、DMA、Bus、Interrupt and so on based on L1 tasks and designed a hardware platform. Took part in ASIC design and software design. Also took part in DSP core selection and communications with DSP providers.
