- Design & build bootloader for Instrument Cluster, according to automotive UDS protocol.- Understand on code placement using linker- Run static code analyzer to verify code.- Wrote unit test to test bootloader software.- Uses Green Hill compiler and debugger to develop bootloader.- Provide knowledge sharing and proposal using Confluence pages.

-Build automated robotic medical instrument(NGS)-Code & troubleshoot CAN driver that run under Window Embedded Compact 7(WEC7)-Code & test USB, CAN & firmware Upgrade library using FreeRTOS-Code & control peltier temperature profile of Thermo Cyclic module-Collaborate with multiple discipline team to generate libraries requirement, define communication interface, failure diagnostic method -Collaborate with hardware team to define electrical interface & negotiate on prototype hardware timeline.-Perform code review on colleagues’ projects.-Provide guidance on using real-time OS. Eg: via CMSIS layer, Mutex, dead lock, race-condition-Documentations of requirements, design note & specification.

Responsibility:- Develop & design PCBA for Dyson Vacuum Cleaner using discrete components.- Work closely with project team, to ensure no delay on project.- Write embedded program with mixture of assembly & C using CodeWarrior for Freescale uC to control motors.- Use Octave (similar to Matlab) to determine design variation.- Use Schematic Capture to draw & edit schematic.- Utilize SIMetrix & LTSpice to simulate circuitry.- Calculate tolerance of PCBA components to ensure product function at all operating condition.- Write Design Note, FMEA, Test, Failure Corrective action documentation.
