The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) provides transportation services for 150,000-200,000 customers per weekday and ~45 million rides annually, through rail, bus, and park and ride services. As a Program Administrator, I am responsible for directorial level duties relating to the planning, implementation, supervision, and optimisation of corporate and business strategy for the Fare Media programs at RTA.Part of my role also includes conducting financial analysis on operational and business performance. For example, I recently helped complete a citywide fare equity study, the result of this analysis was a 10% price reduction for all day passes with minimal revenue impact and increased customer satisfaction. Aside from my core day-to-day responsibilities, I am passionate about Learning & Development, often participating in the mentoring, training, and performance management of new hires and interns.

KeyBank is a regional subsidiary of KeyCorp that operates in the Cleveland region and provides retail and corporate banking services directly to consumers, investment managers, and corporate clients. I was directly responsible for advising, designing, and delivering on the Strategic Partner Management program, this was an initiative that optimized how KeyBank partners with vendors with a focus on optimizing value and minimizing cost. This role requires constant collaboration with cross-functional teams at KeyBank. For example, I teamed with Legal, Third Party Management and Solutions group to discuss the operating procedures and policies relating to procurement, this was used to support new member onboarding and the internal procurement website. Additionally, I was accountable for performing market research to identify new vendors and recommend the optimal 3rd party vendor for specific tasks, presenting my recommendation to senior management.

Completed a 12-week rotational training scheme in multiple departments, including Corporate Tax, Corporate Bank, and Business Support & Administration. In these roles I was exposed to high-priority strategic projects that enabled me to develop my financial modeling, credit-risk, accounting, and presentation skills. For example, when working with the Business Administration team, I produced a benchmarking and sensitivity analysis allowing senior managers to establish high/low end targets for business functions at KeyBank, estimated to save $10m as a result of this work.

As part of Ohio University's Global Consulting Program, I focused on the Oil & Gas sector to provide consulting services to to identify cost saving initiatives for the business operations and strategy of Slovnaft. Slovnaft is a an oil refinery with annual processing capacity of roughly 6 million tons. Slovnaft operates in the business, production, warehousing, wholesale, retail sales and distribution of oil.
