• Led road shows with CFO for $97M secondary equity offering, requiring 27 meetings in eight cities over 5 days
• Effectively communicated key 2nd FDA approval, working in partnership with all functional areas, increasing access expanded market from $50M to more than $500M
• Supported due diligence activities and evaluated strategic aspects of potential acquisition targets working with outside investment bankers and legal counsel
