*Maintenance – Maintain a maintenance schedule for each of the moulding machines, items of ancillary equipment, facilities equipment & buildings*Equipment breakdowns – Diagnose and either execute or organise external contractors for any issue that arise.*Assist with tool maintenance and minor tool modifications *Understand a variety of equipment control systems*Work on electrical systems up to 400V, diagnose test & replace electrical components*Machining/ welding of components required for repairs or manufacturing new jigs, robot EOAT as required*Provide after-hours backup for breakdowns*Work with various stakeholders to understand and prevent any potential issues*Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems*Order parts and deal with suppliers*Process Improvements*Reporting (Including the revision of Standard Operating Procedures in line with compliance requirements)*Health & Safety
