1. Manage the operation of SQE & IQC, take efforts to improve team's working skill by training, experience presentation and discussion of problem handling. 2. Process review based on lean concepts to optimize the material incoming inspection and RMA to reduce the unnecessary actions. 3. Set annual supplier quality development plan and make it achieved by regular review with team, ensure that appropriate actions are initiated while there are some deviations that are not complied with the plan. 4. Take participated in the monthly QA KPI meeting to discuss how to improve the whole quality performance closely. 5. Support sourcing's strategy for new supplier introduction, manufacturing site transferring, material or engineering change by doing risk assessment in the view of quality. 6. Be involved the NPI to review drawings with engineering and supplier, to assess the DAY of components or parts. Review the PPAP submitted by supplier. Provide PFMEA, CP and MSA to PM. Handle material problem found at Engineering Sample Building, pre-production and mass production.

1. Supplier quality management of electronic components and parts, including PCB, TP + TFT LCM, Li - polymer Battery, Adapter, WIFI Module, camera module and LCR. 2. Recommended to modify the QMS audit items appropriately so that it can be presented the level of supplier. And built the PQA items for electronic and mechanical parts. 3. Work with sourcing and engineering to conduct supplier QMS audit. Conduct supplier process audit by following the SDP plan. 4. Supplier quality performance monitor and push supplier to improve by 8D, weekly con-call, onsite audit. 5. According to the requirements of new products, make or update the SIP for material incoming inspection. 6. Review the PLAN report submitted by supplier. 7. Execute ECN issued by customer or engineering. 8. Coordinate supplier to involve the part failure analysis in assembly or test.

1. Involvement of NPI, review customer documents with PTD and NPI team to get the VOC, and identify the technical & management risk, submit the project feasibility study report to customer. 2. Prepare related deliverables for new product at each phases from project engagement to mass production: QCP, MSA, PFMEA, Rel assessment, inspection documents. Work with PTD to optimize the critical process parameter, follow and review the engineering lot on reliability performance. Take participate in the project offload meeting to review and approval the APQP checklist. 3. Lead CFT team to deal with the major problem occurred on assembly line or complained by customer. 4. Give support to IPQC, such as skills advancement, training, inspection. 5. Prepare assembly data to customer for weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting. And submit the regular reliability monitor data to customer database. 6. Organize customer audit and visit.

1. Handle customer quality complains. 2. Classify the defects of the returned PCB, drive related departments to investigate and take corrective actions. 3. Prepare and submit the monthly manufacturing report to customer. 4. Coordinate CFT team to address tough quality problems complained by customer. 5. Assist sales for customer audit, and follow up the founding items.
