I am head of the Assessment and Development Centre at the South African Military Health Services (DOD), I supervise and manage 23 psychologists within the areas of Specialist Assessment, Learning and Development assessment, Performance Management and Organisational Assessment and Development. I am also the coordinator and supervisor of the current Industrial Psychology Internship program at MPI for the last 7 years, which according to the HPCSA is rated one of the best in SA. I consulted part time as an associate for several private consultancies (Centre for High Performance Leadership, Comprehensive Management Services, the Consultants and Indupsych) over the last 10 years. I am currently seeking new job opportunities in the Western Cape area or KZN.
