As a Head of Customer Success at PROBIS, I leverage my skills in account management, solution selling, and project management to build and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of customer accounts across various industry sectors and regions.In my current role I manage and lead the Customer Success team at PROBIS, and I am the primary point of contact for an assigned pool of customer accounts. I also work closely withour sales, technical, and product teams to understand the customer's needs, pain points, and goals, and to provide them with tailored solutions and recommendations that address their challenges and add value to their business. I work with and advise our company directors and investors on Customer Success operational procedures and best practice, customer business models and requests, and on our future product and company operations roadmap. I ensure that my team have the all the tools, knowledge and assistance they need to do their best work for our valued customers.My core responsibilities include developing and maturing the post-sales relationship with the customer, focusing on driving product adoption, account expansion and retention through proactive engagement and delivering a great customer experience along with my team.
