• Interface between Controlling & IT in the project "NewBI": requirement management, monitoring of project progress, communication with external partners and internal stakeholders; creation of processes to ensure data.
• Country responsibility for the two biggest countries in the group: weekly & monthly reporting to board and supervisory board, as well as budget planning in cooperation with local and group management
• Credit risk coordination with countries and external partners

• Monthly and year-end closing, budget for the Holding, as well as quality insurance and consolidation of 7 countries
• Supporting country specific projects (eg M&A, investments)
