Greetings!  I have been entrusted with K12 classrooms, radio and TV hosting, content operations of a VR platform, virtual humans, and now VSaaS as a PM. I approach project management with three core beliefs, 1) It is about the system; 2) Love the process; and 3) Empower your experts. What do I mean? Let’s break it down.1) Winners and losers have the same goals, and so does every product, the difference between the two is creating a system of continuous improvements that allows us to produce a winning product. Create, develop and maintain a winning system and it will get us our goals.2) Many will only focus on achieving goals, and while we should achieve our goals, goals are only milestones. For lasting effects, we focus on our inputs, not our outputs. We create impactful inputs by falling in love with the work. We fall in love when we work together and create an interdepartmental consensus for the products we make. These products will align with our mission statement and make us believe in the work.3) A prevailing quality across all my work experience is communication. I use this to facilitate collaboration and empower the experts in my team and other teams. I trust them and they trust me.These core beliefs have guided me when collaborating with France’s Louvre Museum, HBO’s Game of Thrones, Google’s Google Art, Mozilla’s Firefox, Rova’s Angry Birds, BOSCH, Milestone Systems, etc. I believe I can help your company achieve your milestones. Lastly, my core beliefs boil down to doing the work instead of daydreaming about the desired results. The system, process, and empowerment will get us our desired results.Let’s work together.
