Telecommunications Project Specialist
Current- Implement a global Cloud Contact Center solution. Including the assessment, gathering vendor quotes, vendor negotiation and ongoing management throughout the implementation of the Contact Center.
- Manage the IT integration of company merges. Establishing and managing the scope, budget, timeline and delivery of the project. This includes matrix resource management, gathering vendor quotes, submitting purchase.
- Lead the project initiation, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation phases of IT / Telecom projects working with local and remote IT Site Support Technicians and Engineers from different.
- Ensure project management and standard methodologies are followed and change management procedures and supporting tools / policies are used in executing all projects as required. Provide ongoing and timely status.
- Perform the migration of Microsoft Teams, internally and for clients. Including leading the project initiation, requirements, design, and implementation of governance policies, user migration, and cloud voice.
