CurrentAs a Data Analyst Consultant at Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, I contribute to the development and maintenance of E-builder dashboards, providing actionable insights for decision-making. My role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and updating computer systems, and creating documentation to support data analysis processes.I collaborate on data analysis projects, including system upgrades and software development, and assist with database maintenance and data entry. Additionally, I help develop training materials, conduct staff training sessions, and research emerging technologies to implement best practices. My work supports monitoring network traffic, system performance, and understanding technological needs across departments, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
