Strategic planning and execution of brigade through echelons above Corps exercises to include Key Resolve 18 (8th Army), South Korea, Warfighter 19-4 (III Corps / 3UK Division), Fort Hood, TX / Salisbury, England, Fuerzas Comando 2019, Chile (Special Operations Command South / 7th Special Forces Group, Airborne), and the Defender Europe 2021 Command Post Exercise (Multinational Division, Southeast, Romania / 61st Mechanized Brigade, Bulgaria). Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Dorian disaster response, and COVID-19 pandemic response at the State Logistics Response Center. Daily full-time management of operations and training critical to the success of three different Units, and three staff sections over this period. Management of, and down trace unit training for training and personnel systems of a battalion sized element. Hurricane Irma post storm disaster response. Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for this period of Service.

Responsible for managing the daily operations of an 800-person task force to include the East Africa Response Force’s (EARF’s) NEO mission in South Sudan, enduring missions in Camp Simba, Kenya, in addition to being the liaison officer to the Marine Security Detachment at the American Embassy, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, and the USMC’s Special MAGTF in Djibouti. Management of training and personnel systems. Awarded the Army Commendation Medal for this period of service.

Responsible for managing the daily operations of a 38-person, 12 vehicle element charged with the mission of maintaining security of high priority convoys across various platforms in a hazardous overseas battlefield. Awarded the Bronze Star Medal for this period of service.

Served as the bridge between the University, ROTC program, and the Florida Army National Guard. Taught collegiate level classes on reserve affairs while acting as an assistant professor of military science. Directly responsible for assessing 45 newly commissioned officers into the Florida Army National Guard.

Directly responsible for the successful identification and accession of over 200 candidates in a five-year period contributing to the overall success of the workforce and sustaining the end strength of the organization. Awarded two Army Commendation Medals, and two Army Achievement Medals for this period of service.
