About Alberto Teixeira

Since always I wanted to be part of the World of Sales, I always dreamed to manage forming and developing People and Objectives.I always started, with the certainty that I had to show sustainability and credibility.It all started in the management of Mcdonalds (Food Retail), where you learn how to manage people by minute, sales, results, in addition to training and development. I passed Vodafone in the demanding world of telecommunications, then I embraced Retail in the Aldo Group, I had the pleasure of embracing Luxury with the Brodheim Group Airport project.It was a success and an excellent learning, that opened the doors to me to embrace in Angola a unique experience, to be director of Operations of a brand of Luxury concept (Betrend).Starting a business in Angola is undoubtedly a major challenge. At this time already with 2 business units, in Talatona and Nova Vida TBA / ZAHARA is an example of sustainability and ambition in Angola.It was 793 days of pure achievement and growth.We have formed Root Teams, Root Shops, Root Concepts and more importantly we have changed the lives of the People around us.Now again in Portugal to take on another challenge I continue with humility, passion and ambition, to want to learn more, always with the will to make strength that today it takes to win and convince. Maximum attitude and total focus! A hug and see you soon.
