A global coordination responsibility has been added to my EMEA KAM role for those account under my responsibility whose global HQ is located in EMEA.In this role I have the responibility to define global agreements and to make sure they are enforced in every region. I collaborate with the sales and multifunctional teams across the globe and I help them leverage on the vaste opportunities disclosed by our Global Key Account approach.

In this role, my responsibility spans across two key and strategic segments for KIMBERLY-CLARK Professional*:1) Large Offices, Contract Cleaners, Facility Management Companies; and2) Hotels and Lodging chains.From a geographical standpoint, I cover these vertical targets in Europe, Middle East & Africa.The customers I manage represent almost 70% of the overall turnover of K-C's strategic Key Accounts portfolio in EMEA.

In this role I was in charge of leading a project aimed to re-shape a specific key aspect of Kimberly-Clark Professional* go-to-market strategy at EMEA level.

In this role I was responsible to restructure and lead Kimberly-Clark Professional* direct and indirect sales force in Italy and Greece. Reporting to the Southern Europe commercial director, my objectives were in terms of achieving turnover and gross profit targets.

In almost 10 years working for P&G, I had the opportunity to live many enriching experiences in several fields, including customer management, team leadership, trade marketing.In Sales, I started as a Junior Account Manager and, in this role, I could build solid foundations in customer management, customer development and negotiation skills. I then moved to Area and Team Management roles, adding to the above skills the capability to manage direct and indirect sales teams and secure the growth of a business and portfolio.In Trade Marketing, I could refine my knowledge firstly by coordinating and supporting the overall Cosmetics and Colours italian team and then moving to the coordination of the trade marketing effort for the B2B / professional business of the Company.Finally, I had the exciting opportunity to start-up a new business in the Professional Laundry market by leading a strategic alliance with a multinational distribution partner of P&G.
