I am a designer and a technician in the footwear industry.My family has been in the footwear business for generations and from a very young age I have lived and grown up in the factory where I learnt every aspect of the production process from cutting, joining and assembly. After my art studies, I extended my career path to design and planning and my activities also included the choice of materials and the entire supply chain until I built a symbiosis with the end customer such that I was able to anticipate trends and release fashionable models.My entire career is marked by evolution and growth, anticipating and creating trends: the first collection made in my factory and with my design was the first, in 1999, to be available for online purchase. Shortly afterwards, I opened a streaming channel reserved for customers with themed music and talks. I created with the WHY line the first sandal with a transparent heel and a flower on the heel that made me known globally, which then developed into a jewel sandal: a stunning product with hand-sewn rhinestone chains that became a must-have for women halfway around the world.The comprehensive technical skills of the entire production process combined with my creativity then allowed me to expand the range from elegant rhinestone sandals to trendy bikers, boots and trainers (the Love line is mine).In all this I have always reserved an important role, almost on a par with creativity, for the choice of materials. If in the beginning I sought quality and innovation, for many years now I have considered myself a pioneer of total sustainability.In fact, I use ecologically sustainable materials and the same attention is paid to the production cycle. Attention to the environment is accompanied in my factory by important ethical values: we are extremely attentive to the safety, health and well-being of all the people involved in the production process.I am proud to continue producing beautiful and sustainable shoes.
