• Responsible for the good management and production of events.• Supervision of projects managed and executed by Project Leaders, Project Managers, Event and Expo Managers.• Plan, assign and control department workloads.• Maintain an updated view of event planning.• Assign responsibilities to the team for each event and supervise schedules• Control of vacations and recoveries of the entire Project team.• Ensure due compliance with working hours and that the limits established by law and internal regulations are not exceeded.• Ensure response quality standards and correct customer focus of the teams, according to their needs or requirements.• Guarantee the application of commercial policies by the teams, during the management and production of the event.• Ensure compliance with the procedures established by the company within its department, and in general throughout the management and production of the event.• Solving problems in pre-production and production related to contracted services.• Control and updated monitoring of event forecasts.• Attendance at meetings with the client when necessary: inspection, production, preconf or debrief.• It will ensure maximum use of the resources made available to it.• Assignment of priorities derived from the direct events.• Coordinate and plan possible subcontracting in the department.• Support in dialogue with the different departments, so that there are no dysfunctions and/or overlaps, ensuring a global vision of the events.• Support to the Purchasing Manager with any notable incident from suppliers in terms of rates, needs for new products to be incorporated into the service portfolio, etc.

• Create and implement the communication strategy• Generate press material and identify new communication opportunities.• Define the brand message and adapt it to each market and each audience• Create an international communication network and coordinate it• Identify and exploit new communication channels• Create and update a complete database with the main media of each country• Create new communication opportunities in non-sports press sectors (financial,fashion, lifestyle, etc...)• Organisation of press conferences to introduce new championship teams, drivers,sponsors, promoters, etc ...• Permanent contact with media to keep them updated of the latest news of the championship
