Since his early age, Albert had cultivated his curiosity about how machines work which naturally gravitated him toward engineering things. That's how he found his interest in mechanical engineering and had him taken it seriously as a career path. His commitment to the engineering world has been proved by having a degree in design engineering. Currently, he is developing his role as a Mechanical Engineer in the Biotechnology Industry. Along with his passion for technology, it creates a good combination which brings him into his current journey to manage a Hardware Team in robotics projects.Albert believed that life is an endless learning journey where everyone could learn everything from anyone. Here, he want to share what lesson he had learned :Problem solving skillThe willingness to dive into challenging projects and be able to contribute in solving the problem is the greatest pleasure for engineers. It could be done by improving action plans by sorting variables along the way to find the root cause. After figuring that out, it needs a creative touch to make the most complicated tasks seem easy and approachable.Simplicity as a keyThe ultimate sophistication in design is simplicity. A simple design should be generated from a deep analysis process to gather comprehensive information. We need to see the underlying problem beneath the surface. Drawing a simple solution from that meticulous data is an important ability in delivering ideas to others.Communication and teamworkThe act of listening and ensuring that others are being listened to is a key in communication, moreover in a leadership role. When everyone in the team is confident enough in speaking what's in their head, it will generate their critical thinking and build trust among members. As trust is built, they will freely update problems they faced and make it anticipated. Sense of EmpoweringLeaders should be able to create another leader by empowering them. Empowerment could be accomplished by creating a secure environment to grow. Members are given the opportunity to enhance their potential along with a pledge of guidance.
