Iperal Group (Gdo): Project financing and suppliers rewards / purchasing plants management.CONSULTING: In cooperation with major Consulting Firms (i.e.: KPMG, Protiviti, Robert Half International) he executed projects for Complaince to anti fraud and investors protection US (Sarabnes Oxley) and Italian (262 Law) laws at the following listed groups: Case New Holland (Fiat Group), Gewiss, Banca Antonveneta, Samsonite, Snapon Equipment, Titanium Metal Corporation, General Motors. ATTIVITA' E RISULTATI: Oltre a sovrintendere l’area AFC come procuratore e rappresentante legale, nell’estate 2021 ha gestito in stretto contatto con l’Amministratore Delegato, l’Azionista e gli Advisor, la cessione delle varie quote detenute dai precedenti Soci al fondo di private equity J. Hirsch e ad altri Soci di minoranza. Successivamente ha seguito il processo di razionalizzazione Societaria attraverso la realizzazione di varie fusioni per incorporazione e di una fusione inversa che hanno portato all’attuale assetto Societario. Nell’ambito del piano predisposto dai nuovi azionisti, ha impostato sin dall’inizio un modello di controllo per l’analisi e l’indirizzamento dei risultati commerciali, economici e finanziari. After the post-closing tasks, as member of the executive committee, he supported the integration process of the Company with the new shareholder (i.e.: IFRS accounting principles adoption and management reporting requirement for Severstal Group). Since September 2009, consolidating the trust built with the managing director and with the new shareholder, he was requested to change the relationship from consultant to director while assuming the information technology and risk management roles as well. Then he managed the overall financial area (finance, controlling, reporting, accounting and tax) together with the information technology (infrastructure, legacy systems, applications) and risk management (insurance, main interface with external lawyers). Company attorney and board member for some foreign entities. Management of EEC antitrust and antidumping dossiers. Introduction of organization model compliant with the Italyn law decree 231.
