Under the Small Grant Project by Global Environment Facility and United Nations Development Program granted on the Dec 2020, I lead, managed and performed communication education and public awareness (CEPA) strategies by organizing webinars, school and community programs.

I lead a young team of 4 and supervised interns in project management, business events management and marketing. Part of my tasks are to perform researches, curate marketing branding visuals and intonation for the company, internal and clients' events and products. Part of my role as the marketing communication is to manage the company's online presence which includes website, social media accounts, social media accounts under events and clients. During events, I undertake operational and manage social media duties. Some of my achievements (November 2021) are: 1. Increased event awareness by 300% in August 20212. Joint research, curate and design proposal that was presented to the State Minister of Youth & Sports which later was approved3. Undertake speaker management for an international hybrid webinar event 4. Lead and managed an international webinar aspect in an international hybrid webinar event5. Mentored and supervised a group of 2 interns from Arts and Management background

One of the 5 winners Selected for a regional workshop programme that was supposed to be taken place in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. To adapt to the current pandemic situation, the workshop is currently digitalized. Participants are grouped into teams made up from different countries of the region to work towards a design challenge with a host organization.- Introduced a design challenge of equipping underutilized urban land in landlocked and overpopulated housing communities to promote bioculture conservation to reduce plant blindness.- To work with a representative from ThinkCity (our host organization), a ThinkTank under the Malaysian government. - To come up with a comunication strategy curated to solve ThinkCity's urban farming project [called Kebun Kita(r)] communication gap. The project is based in Penang. - Pitched the curated communication strategy to a panel of international judges. - Planning, implementation and mentorship commences in January 2021 with ThinkCity.

A regional-base teamwork. Main HQ is located in Philippines. Mission is to organize a regional workshop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which will be followed by the Asean Centre for Biodiversity Conference 2020.• Adopted in a regional-digital workforce for biodiversity conservation. • Assisted managing and organizing the Young Biodiversity Leader 2020 programme that was to be held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event will then proceed to the ASEAN Conference on Biodiversity. • Designed programme materials/programme kit - tags, programme book, posters/leaflets as well as projecting and also designing social media posts.• Spearheaded and assisted in a 4-episode regional webinar series, ASEAN Youth Webinar. This webinar series is a collaboration between ASEAN Foundation, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and ASEAN Education, Youth and Sports Division.Both programmes were postponed due to COVID-19.

Under the supervision of Mr Ludi Apin of Sabah Parks, Department of Wildlife and National Parks (PERHILITAN) Malaysia and in close coordination with the ASEAN Youth Biodiversity Programme (AYBP) Coordinator under the ASEAN Centre of Biodiversity.• Conceptualized and created 2 guidebooks to promote environmental tourism for Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Spring Substation. • Planned and acquired information which are rendered into 2 concised booklets. • Improved content plus designs into modernized versions.

A UK based NGO, the organization focuses on rehabilitating wild animals such as orangutans, sun bears, macaques etc.• Managed and organized staff and volunteers' volunteering schedule. • Introduced and experiemented an online HR platform to centralized and systemized staff details. • Adapted and learnt on how to monitor and ensure the welfare of the rehabilitated sun bears in the centre. • Projected social media strategies and increased relation and engagement with post-programme volunteers and draft small conservation awareness events.• Performed education awareness to volunteers. • Multitasked by running errands and bringing volunteers on tours.
