A patient access representative is an administrative assistant who is responsible for helping patients gain access to medical treatment facilities. The job description for a patient access representative will include communicating well with members of the public and accurately recording data.

I loaded aircraft with cargo and passengers, deployed military members and their cargo, inspected cargo to ensure that it was worthy of flying and that it was properly restrained. I also ensure that if there were ever any hazardous materials that they were properly packaged, loaded on the aircraft and that each hazard is compatible with the other hazardous materials. Another task that I performed was to make sure that the aircraft were properly balanced. My sole job was to make sure that the aircraft would not crash or have in-flight emergencies. One of the less appealing tasks that I accomplish daily is to clean the aircraft lavatory systems. I talk to the aircraft crew to ensure that we remove all trash, remove sewage and refill the aircraft with water.
