• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards for leading the development of comprehensive test automation strategies with IT Project-Planning Indosat and IT Surrounding Team (IBM, Tech Mahindra, Ericsson, and TNM Evolving teams).• Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data. Experience in code programming languages like Java, and Typescript.• Hands-on experience with API testing and Testing frameworks like Postman, Android Studio, Xcode, and Jira.• Design and document comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure the integrity of software releases. Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. Have experience in Product launch, and servicing modules.• Understanding various of test methods (e.g., functional unit, integration, regression). Participate in code reviews from SIT, UAT, and PreProduction environment servers and work with developers to improve the testing.• Perform testing execution and write E2E Automation test scripts for on all interfaces including Mobile Apps (Android) and Desktops (Web). Also E2E Backend test cases.• Reviewing and escalating the bugs and enhancement to the respective development team and getting it fixed from the developer end, depending on the priority and severity of a bug.• Provide guidance and serve as a mentor for Product QA Indosat and Identify and track issues in each project also define the severity and priority of the issues.

• Provide 1st level to Indosat as a business user company for Handling of the Application user's issue and action the error application system from iPOS (Integration Point of Sales).• Performing data correction/ configuration changes of issues.• Hands-on experience with Web Service (Nginx, Apache tomcat, Web logic, API, TypeScript Log).• Strong knowledge of API configuration and settings, including webhooks and HTTP requests.• Proficiency in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies.• Managing Configuration changes in the application server.• Troubleshooting and resolve issues in our development, test and production environments.• Coordinating between the Offshore and onsite technical/Business teams.• Co-ordinate with Project Stake holders and liaison with the Offshore Project coordinator on issues and deliveries.• Ensure and collaborate with IT Surrounding/Ops to solve the issue and analyze RCA Transactions with Service Now and Bugzilla.• Prepare accurate reports and update tracker for incidents or enhancement system and Documentation of support process and enhancements (CR).
