As the Managing Director of Surteco Asia, I oversee the operations and growth of the leading manufacturer and supplier of surface technologies in the Asia Pacific region. I have more than four years of experience in this role, and a total of 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and sales industry. My core competencies include new business development, manufacturing process improvement, key account management, strategic planning, change management, and team building. I have successfully delivered multiple key results in these areas, such as achieving exceptional revenue growth, record profit targets, revamped marketing programs, and enhanced sales channels, distribution networks, and pricing strategies. I have also developed staff and built effective teams internally, and established strong relationships with external partners and customers. My mission is to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction in the surface technology market. I hold an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
