- Responsible for marketing of various Advisory service lines and assists thepartner in developing client base and in managing client relationships- Develops overall strategy, direction and project management appropriate for the objectives of the engagement, including the development of audit plans andprograms.- Manages and leads audits, including risk assessment, control identification, audit fieldwork and reporting, and constructively escalates issues to client seniormanagement- Led and has supported several engagements that required interaction and partnering with colleagues from other KPMG offices in the US, Singapore, India, Hongkong, Japan and Australia.• Has been involved in multi-disciplinary engagements and worked with specialists in finance, fraud and IT• Responsible for monitoring performance of over 30 internal and IT audit professionals including mentoring, career development and planning, feedback, performance appraisals and training • Has conducted training to both internal and external clients on updates and relevant topics in the field of Internal Audit, IT Audit and Risk Management
