- Responsibilities / Activities:Analyst specialized in systems related to sale and airport services: Monitoring the evolution of the tools with the development teams of Check-in, Ticket Sales, Freight and DOVLINE; Development of application support procedures.- Main Project:I participated as an analyst of the e-TAM Project, electronic ticket sales, whose objective was to replace the physical ticket issuance EATA, by virtual tickets; in the middle of the project I assumed the position of analyst specialized in this application.
