This is an update of my professional direction. I have now retired for the second time in my career. However, I intend to remain active to benefit others. I will consider advising, making presentations and educational opportunities to assist in business strategies internally and externally. Fees can be discussed. This second time retirement is from my law firm. I first retired in 2008 as Vice President in Regulation at the New York Stock Exchange. Since 2008 I have concentrated my efforts as a capital markets consultant working on site domestically and internationally. I have served as an adjunct professor for over 10 years, facilitating learning of MBA candidates in Business Ethics, financing and other capital markets courses including international business. I am an author. I started my law firm and served on profit and non-profit corporate boards. I have been fortunate to have succeeded in all my endeavors and greatly benefited those I have served, including my clients. While at the NYSE, as Vice President, led two departments in the Regulation; detected and investigated insider trading and market manipulation. Successfully blended technology with a highly trained professional staff to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the departments. I served as Chairperson of the Intermarket Surveillance Group (ISG). At NYSE Enforcement, investigated and tried market surveillance cases involving trading and compliance abuses. I participated in regulatory panels in the US and abroad - excellent speaker. I consulted on stock and securities market regulatory matters in South America, Europe and Asia. He is fluent in Spanish.I served on the Boards of SMARTS Group and Capital Markets Cooperative Research Center (CMCRC) headquartered in Australia; on the Board of Regents of St. Peter's University NJ. Also represented the NYSE by serving on the Board of Junior Achievement NY. Currently Adjunct Professor and has taught Business Ethics and Legal Liabilities, Derivative Markets, Investment Analysis and Corporate Finance at St. Peter's University.
