As Head of Asia-Pacific region of BCUBE Group, I started-up from "green field" the 2 Chinese companies of the Group. Year 2013 was the second one and the first profitable, with revenues of 5 million of Euro with about 100 people staff. Created a management team, with 2 Italians and 1 Chinese, put in operation 7 logistic platforms (Shanghai, Nanjing, Tianjin, Weifang, Changshu, Changsha, Chongqing)

I started my experience as Head of this market for BCUBE Group, building up 3 companies in China and 1 in India (not being developed so much). I had the role of CEO/GM and legal representative in China and Managing Director in India. The next steps were to grow up the operations in India and to scout further activities for South East Asia, in Thailand and Malaysia (Asean)

Responsible for 2 years of the most important Italian BU of the Group, offering industrial packaging and related logistic services to engineering, mechanical and other heavy industries. The turnover of the BU was around 30 million of Euros, with about 200 employees. For this assignment, I managed 3 operating multiclient platforms, 3 packaging materials manufacturing plants and 10 workshop at the client’s site. I supervised a sales force of 4 area manager , with 3 people in the Marketing & Sales Department.

Client Leader and Project Manager in the Strategy & Organization practice. In the last 2 years, Head of Transportation and Logistics Industry. Some of his clients in the railway sector are: RFI, FS, SNCF, Ferrovie Nord Milano. Many clients also in the logistic and freight forwarding industry: Merzario, Gruppo SGF, Castelletti, Schenker, DHL, Sogema, Cargo Clay, Pacorini, Sibem. And in the public transport, like ATM Milano and ATC Bologna.
