HR professional with a background in Psychology, Linguistics, and Therapy. Over ten years of experience in Management and Human Resources.My focus in education was communication from a human processing perspective, psycholinguistics. In the workplace, language within a company affects everything from recruiting and retaining top-tier talent, to sales and marketing, to in-company interactions.
