Hr Technical Coach - Human Resources
Current• Responsible for providing advice and support in line with policies and practices, employment legislation, and internal and external governance procedures by setting technical standards that minimise business and reputational risk, while meeting the commercial needs of the bank.• Resolving and responding to high risk and complex technical queries from external customers and within the business.• Undertaking quality assurance of HR Advisor and HR Consultant’s work through call monitoring and case audits to identify whether minimum standards are being met and where possible exceeded.• Carrying out calibration on performance assessments/ audits to ensure consistency.• Contributing to the development of the skills and professional knowledge of the business to help ensure quality and consistency of advice, maximise potential of the advisors/consultants, and encourage professional development.• Assessing development/ training needs within the wider team through various methods, such as manager feedback, audits, observation and surveys.• Researching, writing and delivering training sessions in a variety of formats, as well as delivering one-to-one coaching on various employment law, employee relations, HR best practice topics and communication/consultancy skills.• Challenging working practices and processes to improve productivity, efficiency and drive customer excellence and develop/ enhance processes to improve customer service delivery.• Recently played a role as key player in Digital HR Transformation project
