Professional with over 35 years of experience in Information Technology.Currently leading the LATAM Partner Enablement team, promoting the training and autonomy of the Red Hat partner ecosystem.Responsible for implementing several regional and global programs, including the most recent, Partner Practice Accelerator, which promotes the autonomy of our partners throughout the cycle, from pre-sale, sale and delivery of our solutions, scaling financial resources, plans and execution deadlines, for over 30 of our main partners in 8 different countries, highlighting the exclusive service to the main Systems Integrators, regional and global, due to their different ways of operating, in different countries, including interaction with different continents.Privileged to have had the opportunity to start my career in 1986, an environment full of innovations, legacy and contemporary technologies for the time, from Mainframe IBM 4341, AS/400 and Novell Netware.Among the technology leaders in the Network segment in the 2000s, I had the opportunity to become a Novell Certified Instructor (CNI), opening new horizons in my teaching career, which led me to develop the training program for the first implementation of the SUS National Health Card for all of Brazil.All this experience allowed me to take on the position of Master Instructor at Sun Microsystems, where I was responsible for several training programs, receiving the STARS Award (Sun Top Achievement Recognition Summit) in 2002. Later, I held the position of Educational Consulting Manager until 2009.At Oracle Brazil, I spent a few more years as a business development manager at Oracle University, working on the main accounts in finance, telecommunications, natural resources and the public sector, covering both the technical and commercial scope, being recognized with the Oracle President Cup Award for Customer Satisfaction FY13.
