Coordinate the preparation of a holistic project plan (physical & financial) with the relevant government and community level stakeholders, partners and respective project staffs(officers) based on the agreed project document and interest of the donor. 2. Coordinate and ensure about the preparation of integrated plans of the project with the active participation, engagement and common understanding of all stakeholders, partners, the community and the project team and a regular programmatic and administrative support to the whole progresses.3. Coordinate and ensure about the planning, implementation and follow up of activities using a strong system of ToRs preparation ,approval and payments to each of the planned and achieved activities of such as capacity building(training) , inputs procurement and provisioning, joint supportive supervision and other logistical and programmatic costs of the project. 4. Coordinate and regular support for staffs about the needed inputs, technical and administrative assistance to assigned officers, drivers and other staffs of the project and bi-annually evaluate their performances based on the organization's tool of staffs' performance. 5. Coordinate and ensure the performance of the project's monitoring and periodic review of activities such as data tracking, documentation , timely reporting and communication and organizing a workshop for periodic evaluation of the project's progresses and impacts with the respective stakeholders. 6.
